"I am the happiest person alive. My experience was absolutely amazing, I had a bump appear on my nose after getting it pierced elsewhere and it wouldn't go away I was told by that place that I'd have to take it out and repierce if once it was gone. I was so upset so I did some research and emailed these guys, I got a response in not even two days and was told to come in for trouble shooting and they could check it out for me. Although I live 40 minutes away I decided to go anyways because I really wanted this fixed. I booked an appointment and met with one of the piercers who was so fr*cken sweet, listened to everything I had to say, waited till I had finished then got out a piece of paper and drew exactly was what going on with my nose and showed me what I had to do to fix this problem. It has now been 2 weeks and the bump has completely gone this may or may not of been common sense but I am beyond happy and will be recommending this place to everyone."
